Onion & Bell Peppers in Tangy Tomato Gravy
Tuesday, July 01, 2008If yours is the kind of household that likes eating rotis/phulkas everyday, making different kinds of side dishes each day must be a tiresome task. Here's a quick gravy that tastes good with rotis/phulkas. It does not require too many vegetables either & is rather easy to make. This gravy is made quite often at my home. It is more of a South Indian kind of gravy & is made using Rasam Powder which makes it quite different from the usual ones .. It tastes awesome ...

Mix well & Serve HOT with Rotis/Rice .. Enjoi !!!!
NOTE:
- You can omit Bell Peppers, if you wish to.
- You can add Red Chilli Powder instead of Rasam Powder, But Rasam Powder gives this a distinct taste.
