A Quick & Healthy Twist To Bhel Puri With The Addition of Steamed Moong Sprouts
I always always have a packet of ready Bhel Mix at home, and all I have to do is thrown in some chopped veggies, Chutneys & I have my meal ready in like 5 minutes
Whenever I happen to make Lunch/Dinner just for myself, I often end up making a big bowl of Bhel Puri. Yes, I love Bhel Puri & It also is kinda healthy-ish with all the added raw veggies
On days when I have some Sprouted Moong Beans on hand, I thrown about 2 handfuls of Sprouts as well to add some protein quotient
This is an excellent way of adding sprouts to one's diet

- 1 small boiled potato - mashed into chunks - Optional
- chopped Coriander
- 2 teaspoon Tamarind chutney
- 1 teaspoon Green Chutney
- Juice of Half a Lime
How To:
Steam Sprouts for 2-3 minutes with a little bit of salt. Drain out water & set aside
Boil & peel a small Potato & mash them into medium sized chunks.
Chop all the vegetables.
In a large bowl, add Bhel Mix, Sprouts, Veggies & Tamarind & Green chutney, Lime Juice, Chopped Coriander & mix well
Top with addiitional Sev if you wish to before serving
NOTE:
You can use raw sprouts directly without steaming them, which is how eat it most of the times. A lot of people & especially kids, don't like the taste of Raw Sprouts so lightly steaming the sprouts tastes better in that case.
